Job Summary

Amartex Industries Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer to oversee construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the timely execution of civil works while maintaining quality, safety, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal departments.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and project reports.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
• Support facility expansion, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of civil construction, building maintenance, and structural works.
• Understanding of BOQ preparation, estimation, and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good planning and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or retail construction projects.
• Knowledge of vendor management and contractor supervision.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
