Corporate Solution Group is looking for experienced and passionate Construction Skills Trainers to deliver practical and classroom training to construction workers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the construction industry and the ability to train workers on technical skills, workplace safety, and industry best practices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct classroom and practical training sessions for construction workers.
• Deliver training on Masonry, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Bar Bending, Welding, HVAC, Painting, Tile & Marble Installation, and other construction trades.
• Train workers on Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), PPE usage, Fire Safety, First Aid, Working at Height, and Construction Site Safety.
• Demonstrate proper use of construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Assess trainee performance through practical and theoretical evaluations.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures.
• Support certification, skill assessments, and placement activities.
