Job Summary: A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and service areas. You ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining ware are clean and ready for use at all times.

Key Responsibilities1. Dishwashing & Utensil Care Wash, sanitize, and store all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, and pans Operate dishwashing machines and maintain cleanliness of the dishwash area Check for breakage and report damages

2. Kitchen & Service Area Cleaning Clean kitchen floors, worktables, sinks, exhausts, and garbage areas Maintain hygiene standards as per HACCP and hotel policies Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal

3. Equipment & Inventory Clean and maintain kitchen equipment: trolleys, chafing dishes, trays Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies Monitor stock of cleaning chemicals and detergents

4. Support to Kitchen & F&B Service Support chefs by cleaning workstations during service Set up and clear banquet setups, buffets, and events Assist in loading/unloading supplies

5. Safety & Compliance Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety guidelines Use cleaning chemicals properly and wear premaintain daily cleaning checklists and logs

Requirements: Education: 10th pass minimum. No formal degree required
