Goldrush Capital Services Pvt Ltd is a renowned consulting firm headquartered in Delhi and empaneled with banks & Financial Institution for providing TEV studies and Lenders Independent Engineers Services (LIE). Goldrush is looking for graduate engineers in their LIE division. The key qualification and responsibilities of the selected candidates shall be as below

Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Sector depending on the project type) is mandatory.

• Strong financial literacy, including the ability to read project cost structures, cash flows, and contracts, paired with field engineering knowledge.

• A keen eye for identifying potential environmental, regulatory, design, or supply chain bottlenecks before they stall a project.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities shall as below

·      Reviews the technical design, chosen technology, process parameters, and construction methodologies.

·      Appraises major project contracts like Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and O&M agreements.

·      Analyzes the capital expenditure (CapEx) estimated, implementation schedule, and drawdown timelines to ensure they are realistic.

·      Verifies that the project has obtained all mandatory environmental clearances, statutory approvals, permits, and licenses.

·      Verifies that actual work at the site matches the project’s reported milestones and original timelines.

·      Cross-checks actual expenses against estimated costs to prevent the siphoning or diversion of funds.

·      Issues formal certificates approving the developer’s requests for loan tranche drawdowns based on verified progress

·      Conducts spot checks on materials, engineering standards, and construction workmanship to ensure contract compliance.

·      Evaluates any change-of-scope or variation orders that could impact the total project cost

·      Monitors start-up trials and issues project completion or commissioning certificates.
