Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our air conditioning installation and commissioning projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in supervising HVAC project sites, ensuring execution aligns perfectly with technical drawings, timelines and safety standards.

Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day installation activities of various air conditioning systems (VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ductable Splits, and Ventilation systems) from layout to commissioning.

Workforce & Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site laborers to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to project schedules.

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of active site supervision experience specifically in HVAC/Air Conditioning projects.
