Job Description
AccountingManage day-to-day accounting using Tally/Zoho/ERP software.Record and verify contractor bills, vendor invoices, material purchases, and site expenses.Prepare bank reconciliations, payment schedules, and cash flow statements.Maintain fixed asset registers, WIP accounts, and project-wise P&L.Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for expense validation and cost control.Taxation & ComplianceCompute and file GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9; handle GST input reconciliation with 2B/2A.Ensure TDS compliance: deduction, payment, quarterly returns, and Form 16/16A issuance.Support income tax filings, tax audits, and assessments. Track RERA, Labour Cess, and other construction-specific statutory dues.Prepare reports, project costing, and budget vs actual analysis.Assist in annual financial closing, audits, and coordination with CA/tax consultants.Maintain documentation for client billing, retention money, and subcontractor payments.
