Job Title: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

Department: Front Office / Guest Services

Job Summary: The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests by providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The role focuses on building strong guest relationships, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guests receive personalized and efficient service throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
• Maintain records of guest preferences, feedback, and special requests.
• Conduct guest satisfaction follow-ups and collect feedback.
• Assist VIP guests and ensure special arrangements are properly executed.
• Resolve guest issues effectively and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards.
• Prepare daily guest reports and update management on guest feedback and concerns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, or hospitality operations.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
• Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
• Multilingual skills are an added advantage
