Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Location: BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
About the Role: Fortune InfraProperties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Telecaller to join our Tele Calling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details effectively.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead qualification targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
