Back Office - Sales Executive

Job Title: Back Office Sales & Marketing Executive – Industrial Automation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Back Office Sales & Marketing Executive to support our Industrial Automation Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with vendors and customers, maintaining sales records, and supporting marketing activities for industrial automation products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain CRM, sales reports, and documentation.
• Support order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in lead generation, email marketing, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support or Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Preferred Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, Sensors, SCADA, and Industrial Automation products.

Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
