Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and increase market share in the industrial Plasma surface treatment
- Identify and qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and actively participate in sales meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing departments, to support customers' requirements
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote
