Job Description
Coordinated and maintained the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. Managed document control, internal and external audits, CAPA, management reviews, customer-specific requirements, and automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Supported Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive quality compliance, customer audits, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organizational quality objectives and customer satisfaction.
· APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
· PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
· FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
· SPC (Statistical Process Control)
· MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
