Job Description
Coordinate and support daily sales activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and product information.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and service issues.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
