Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to handle IndiaMART enquiries and client coordination.


Responsibilities: • Handle all incoming IndiaMART leads and enquiries.

* Call clients, understand their requirements, and share product/service details.

* Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Coordinate with the sales, design, production, and operations teams for quotations and order requirements.

* Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and client communication details.

* Resolve basic client queries and ensure timely response.

* Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.


Requirements: • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Experience in telecalling, sales coordination, client handling, or B2B sales preferred.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM/lead management.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Candidates from signage, printing, branding, advertising, or B2B sales background will be preferred.
