Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads and WhatsApp Business platforms. The candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing customer communications, handling broadcast messaging, maintaining lead databases, and supporting customer acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meta Advertising
2. • Create and manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
3. • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns.
4. • Track daily lead generation and campaign results.
5. • Coordinate with creative teams for marketing materials.
6. WhatsApp Business Management
7. • Manage WhatsApp Business accounts.
8. • Create and maintain broadcast lists.
9. • Send promotional and informational bulk messages.
10. • Configure auto-replies and greeting messages.
11. • Handle incoming customer inquiries.
12. Lead Management
13. • Maintain lead databases and customer records.
14. • Ensure timely lead allocation to relevant teams.
15. • Follow up on lead status and update records.
16. • Generate lead performance reports.
17. Customer Communication
18. • Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and other digital channels.
19. • Share product, service, and promotional information.
20. • Address basic customer queries and escalate when required.
21. Reporting & Coordination
22. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
23. • Track campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.
24. • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for lead closure.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Web.

• Experience in bulk messaging and broadcast campaigns.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Data management and reporting skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Digital Marketing certification preferred.

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Customer Communication, or Whats App Marketing.

Preferred Candidate:

• Strong communication skills.

• Good analytical and reporting ability.

• Experience handling customer databases.

• Organized and detail-oriented.
