Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash book.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payable records.
- Assist in GST filing and ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare and file TDS returns and maintain related records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports as required by management.
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and other statutory authorities during audits.
- Assist in filing GST returns and maintaining GST-related documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
