Technical Sales Executive (Fresher) BSc Chemistry | B2B Sales

About the role:
SHB Herbals is a Mumbai-based company that exports herbal extracts to international buyers.
We're hiring a BSc Chemistry fresher with good English communication skills for a B2B sales role involving calling potential buyers (manufacturers, traders, formulation companies) and explaining our products.
This is not a typical sales job you'll need to understand basic extraction chemistry and product specifications so you can have real conversations with technical buyers, not just read from a script.
We'll train you on the product side; you bring the chemistry foundation and confidence on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Calling prospective B2B buyers in India and abroad to introduce SHB Herbals' product range
- Explaining product specifications (extraction method, purity, grade) in simple, buyer-friendly language
- Answering basic technical questions and escalating complex queries to the technical team
- Following up on leads and maintaining call records
- Coordinating with the internal team for samples, quotations, and documentation
Requirements:
- BSc Chemistry (Freshers Only)
- Good spoken English and confident phone communication
- Willingness to learn the technical side of herbal extracts and B2B sales
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel)
