📌 Key Responsibilities:
🍜 Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to restaurant standards
🔪 Handle food preparation activities including chopping, slicing, marinating, and ingredient preparation
🍳 Operate kitchen equipment and appliances safely and efficiently
🥟 Prepare Chinese starters, noodles, rice dishes, soups, and fast-food items
🔥 Perform deep-frying, steaming, stir-frying, and other cooking techniques as required
🧼 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
📦 Monitor food stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements
✅ Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet customer expectations
👨🍳 Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations during service hours
⚠️ Follow food safety regulations and company guidelines at all times
