Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate R&D Chef to develop and standardize our Ready-to-Cook (RTC) seafood product range.

The ideal candidate should enjoy experimenting with flavors, creating unique recipes, and converting ideas into consistent, scalable products suitable for retail and commercial production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative seafood marinades, masalas, and RTC products.
• Standardize recipes with accurate ingredient measurements and cooking methods.
• Conduct recipe trials and optimize taste, texture, shelf life, and consistency.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product preparation.
• Work closely with the production and retail teams to ensure consistent quality.
• Research food trends and introduce new products based on customer preferences.
• Improve existing recipes through continuous experimentation and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, R&D Chef, or Product Development Chef.
• Strong understanding of Indian and international flavors, marinades, and seasonings.
• Passion for innovation and food experimentation.
• Ability to document recipes and standardize processes.
• Experience with seafood is preferred but not mandatory.
