Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage, create, and publish engaging content for The Kind. The role involves daily content creation, social media management, and strategy planning to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks

• Check and respond to DMs on social media platforms.
• Edit and upload Instagram stories for The Kind.
• Edit content for social media and marketing use.
• Capture and film engaging content (photos/videos).

Weekly Tasks & Occasionally Task

• Draft and update job descriptions or role-specific content requirements.
• Transfer photos & videos from iPhone to Google Drive (and clear storage).
• Designing a thematic Menu for events.
• Designing and creating stickers, packaging, and more, according to the requirements of the event

Monthly Tasks

• Plan and develop the monthly content calendar and strategy.
• Film and edit content for campaigns, stories, and posts.
• Write compelling captions and concept notes for posts.
• Design creatives for social media and promotional use.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in content creation (filming, editing, designing).
• Proficiency with editing tools (Photoshop/Canva/VN/Premiere Pro/ Meta AI).
• Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in social media management or content creation.
• Passion for lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality content.
