About Alpha X AutoAlpha X Auto is a premium automotive detailing and surface protection studio specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Car Detailing, Window Tint, Vinyl Wrapping, Paint Services, and Premium Car Care Solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable detailing and protection packages.
- Explain the benefits of PPF, Ceramic Coating, Detailing, Paint Services, Window Tint, and other services.
- Prepare quotations and close sales.
- Follow up with leads generated through Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and phone inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the workshop team regarding vehicle delivery timelines.
- Upsell additional services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure a premium customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
