Job Description

  • Service EngineerKey Responsibilities
  • 1. Service Operations Management
  • ●    Manage daily service operations including installations, service calls, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and warranty support.
  • ●    Ensure timely scheduling and execution of all service assignments as per SLA commitments.
  • ●    Diagnose technical issues and provide effective, lasting resolutions.
  • 2. Documentation & Reporting
  • ●    Maintain accurate technical reports, job cards, invoices, and all related documentation — both manual and digital.
  • ●    Submit monthly performance and service reports on time to the department head.
  • ●    Ensure completeness and accuracy of all service records for audit and reference purposes.
  • 3. Customer Coordination
  • ●    Handle end-to-end customer coordination including obtaining approvals, managing invoicing, and conducting payment follow-ups.
  • ●    Arrange spare parts as required and communicate timelines clearly to customers.
  • ●    Maintain a professional and responsive approach to all customer interactions.
  • 4. Workplace Standards
  • ●    Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at the workplace.
  • ●    Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • 5. Reporting & Accountability
  • ●    Report to the respective Department Head on all service activities, escalations, and key metrics.
  • ●    Flag unresolved issues and escalate complex cases with appropriate documentation.
  •
