Job Description – Telesales Executive

Company - Kataria Business Insurance

Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai

Department: Mediclaim Insurance Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients from the company's database.
  • Sell Mediclaim policies to Jewellers and Business owners.
  • Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premium details clearly to customers.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely policy closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
