Telecalling Executive

## Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential and existing clients over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate business opportunities by scheduling meetings, following up with leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Introduce the company's products and services professionally.

* Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

* Follow up with inquiries, quotations, and pending clients.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

* Update CRM or lead management sheets daily.

* Handle customer queries politely and provide basic information.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth communication.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

* Collect customer feedback and report market insights.

## Skills Required

* Good verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

* Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp).

* Good listening and persuasion skills.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Qualification

* Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

* Freshers are welcome. Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
