Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented BPO Executive / Customer Relationship Consultant to join our team at Martino'Z Foods Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer consultancy and feedback calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive brand relations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer consultancy and feedback calls professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Listen to customer queries, resolve complaints efficiently, and note valuable feedback to improve our services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and logs in the database.
- Quality Service: Ensure a polite, helpful, and empathetic tone during all interactions to maintain excellent brand reputation.

- Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in BPO, Telecalling, or Customer Support (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!).
- Skills: * Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Patience and polite phone etiquette.
- Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
- Languages Known: Fluent in the local language/Hindi, English, Gujarati.
