Business Development Executive – Flexible Packaging

Location: Kundli, Sonipat (Haryana)

Company: Manufacturer of Flexible Packaging Solutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers for flexible packaging products.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Meet procurement, packaging, and purchase teams of FMCG, food, pet food, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturing companies.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and product development.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into business orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Provide regular market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in packaging, printing, plastics, or industrial products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
