Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing employee attendance, monitoring site staff movement, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with employees and management.
- Key Responsibilities-Maintain daily attendance records of all employees.
- Monitor employee site arrivals, departures, .
- Prepare and maintain monthly salary sheets based on attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
- Maintain employee leave records and update attendance systems regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance and working hours.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, salary, and leave.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and site staffing requirements.
