Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
• Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in manufacturing or engineering industry recruitment.
• Understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with HRMS software.
