Hiring: Operations Executive


📍 Location: Shilphata, Thane

💼 Experience: 0–3 Years

⏰ 9 Hours Shift | Rotational Shift

📅 Saturday & Sunday Working | Weekday Off


Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries via calls & emails

* Coordinate pickups, deliveries & recovery processes

* Maintain MIS and basic Excel/data entry

* Coordinate with Finance & Operations teams

* Support warehouse operational activities


Requirements:

* Good communication skills

* Basic MS Excel knowledge

* Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
