Service Engineer

Air Compressor service with 3-4 years of experiance

Core Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Execute routine preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system lubrication.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues by reading gauges, conducting tests, and interpreting technical manuals.
• Repairs: Rebuild or replace faulty components like valves, bearings, belts, and motors to prevent unscheduled downtime.
• System Operations: Adjust air pressure, monitor operating temperatures, and check for pressure drops or air leaks.
• Compliance: Enforce safety and environmental standards, document repair logs, and complete accurate service reports for clients.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: diploma, BE, or a vocational/technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven, hands-on field experience with industrial air compressors (e.g., screw, centrifugal, or piston compressors)
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer literacy for documentation, and the ability to safely utilize hand and diagnostic tools.
• Physical & Environmental: Capability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying climate conditions.
