Job Description
An Account cum Admin handles day-to-day financial operations and office management. They maintain ledgers, process invoices, handle banking, and manage petty cash while simultaneously overseeing administrative duties like vendor coordination, front desk operations, and travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & FinanceBookkeeping: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform bank reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly or yearly financial statements.
Payroll & Compliance: Support payroll processing and assist with statutory compliances like tax filings or GST.Cash Management: Handle petty cash operations, monitor cash flow, and track employee expense reports.Office AdministrationVendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors, issue purchase orders, and monitor office supply inventory.Travel & Calendar Management: Handle scheduling for meetings, organize office events, and assist with staff travel and accommodation bookings.Office Coordination: Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, answer phone calls, and greet visitors.
Documentation & Filing: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all financial and administrative records are organized and secure.
