Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing projects within the approved scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, identifying risks, and ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project budgets.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with company standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and change requests.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
