Job Description

  • 🔹 Business & SalesAchieve branch targets for loan disbursement
  • Identify new business opportunities in the local market
  • Monitor field activities and customer acquisition
  • 🔹 Collection & RecoveryEnsure timely collection of EMIs
  • Monitor overdue accounts and reduce delinquency
  • Support team in recovery of difficult cases
  • 🔹 Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate field officers and staff
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure discipline and productivity of the team
  • 🔹 OperationsOversee daily branch operations
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Maintain records of disbursement and collections
  • 🔹 Customer RelationshipBuild strong relationships with clients
  • Resolve customer issues and grievances
