About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Social Media Advertising, Google Ads, SEO, tracking platforms, and ping-post integrations. This role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, and scale multiple marketing campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Manage and scale campaigns on:

Facebook Ads

Instagram Ads

LinkedIn Ads

Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

Create and manage multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously.

Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO optimization.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking systems and attribution models.

Handle Ping Post integrations and lead routing systems.

Work with tracking platforms such as Ringba and TrackDrive for call tracking and lead management.

Implement and manage tracking through:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Conversion APIs

Pixel tracking

Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Google Ads

Facebook & Instagram Ads

SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)

Lead Generation Campaigns

Experience creating and managing multiple campaigns across different verticals.

Solid understanding of Ping Post integrations and lead distribution systems.

Practical experience with Ringba, TrackDrive, or similar tracking platforms.

Proficiency in:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Conversion Tracking

UTM Tracking

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage campaign budgets effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in affiliate marketing, insurance, finance, legal, or lead generation industries.

Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with API integrations and webhook-based lead delivery.
