Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical & analytical skills and experience in managing project costs from inception to completion.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure/ derive quantities from client design drawings (e.g., earthworks,BBS, waterproofing area, concrete volumes etc..).
• Prepare Method statements, Rate analysis, Commercial quotes and mail to the concerned.
• Liaise with clients/PMC/ internal team/ to deliver the desired objectives such as seeking clearance, planning, timely execution, followup for payments
• Confirm quantities for progress claims and invoice verification.Maintain accurate field measurement notes, maintain RAB quantities with notes/ calculations.
• Prepare monthly client applications and financial reports.
• Manage and mentor junior and intermediate quantity surveyors.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all financial obligations.
• Prepare financial reports and final accounts for completed projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to optimize project outcomes.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering 2-7 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., AUTOCAD..) , advance excel knowhow are a plus.
