Telesales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Explain the company's Digital Marketing and Local Search services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
• Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for lead management.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

• EligibilityAny Degree or Higher Secondary qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales preferred.
• Female candidates preferred (if applicable to your hiring requirement).
• Required SkillsExcellent communication in Tamil.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Ability to build rapport with business owners.
