Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recrui
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (experience in the insurance sector is preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in hiring for insurance sales, operations, or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
