Job Description
- Job Title: Call Centre Executive – Customer Care Operations
- Location: Bengaluru
- Department: Customer Care / CRM
- Role Overview
- We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Centre Executive to manage Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) interactions, handle product complaints, and ensure accurate Salesforce CRM entries. The role involves delivering timely resolutions, maintaining service quality, and enhancing overall customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Complaint Handling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers
- Manage DTC complaints and service requests across multiple channels
- Address product-related complaints (quality, packaging, defects, usage issues)
- Manage Doctor Appointments
- Manage Vending coffee complaint calls
- Deliver prompt and effective resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience
- CRM & Salesforce Management
- Accurately log all customer interactions and complaints in Salesforce CRM
- Categorize and track cases with complete details for proper resolution
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation
- Case Resolution & Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Logistics, Sales, Marketing)
- Ensure timely closure of complaints within defined TAT and SLA timelines
- Escalate critical and unresolved cases to senior stakeholders
- Performance & Quality
- Achieve targets related to CSAT, FCR, AHT, TAT, and productivity
- Maintain quality standards as per process guidelines
- Follow compliance, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency In Hindi and English .
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of complaint management processes
- Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in call centre / customer care operations
- Experience in DTC or FMCG complaint handling is preferred
- Prior exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems is an advantage
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Resolution Turnaround Time (TAT)
- First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Call Handling Volume & Quality
- Accuracy of Salesforce Entries

- Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
