Job Description

Key Points for New Candidate – Coordination Department

 

Required Skills

·      Good knowledge of MS Office – especially Word & Excel

 

Good communication skills through:

·      Email

·      WhatsApp

·      Phone Calls

·      Ability to communicate & coordinate with field staff and technicians

 

Job Responsibilities

·      Updating AMC records and ensuring timely completion of service

·      Monitoring day-to-day AMC visits and service schedules (on google sheets)

·      Ensuring timely execution of work (Estimate & Complaint)

·      Checking technician travel and service-related expenses & Maintain expense record

·      Monitoring fuel, travel, and service-related expenses for cost control

·      Preparing and submitting estimates on time

·      Maintaining service records and reports in Excel

·      Payment follow-up and collection coordination

·      Customer coordination and status updates

·      Coordinating with the Head of Department for approvals

·      Professional communication with customers and staff

·      Basic knowledge of Accounting & Expense Management

Preferred Candidate

·      Ability to work independently and with teams

·      Experience in coordination/service department preferred 3 to 5 years.
