Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, build strong customer relationships, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-ups.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Contact potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up on pending quotations and inquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Update customer interactions in CRM/ERP software.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
- Prepare daily sales reports and activity reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
