Job Description
Hiring: Technical Support Executive (IT & CCTV) Location: Park Street, Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
We are looking for an experienced, smart, and dedicated Technical Support Executive to join our team.
- Experience4–5 years of relevant experience
- Male candidates preferred
- Age: 27–35 years
- Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Required SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN & Cable Networking
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience with Biometric & Attendance Management Software
- Good knowledge of AI tools and AI-based technologies
- Basic to Intermediate Coding knowledge
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Smart, professional, and proactive approach to work
- Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for CCTV systems, attendance software, and IT infrastructure.
- Visit client sites to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coordinate with the technical team and provide proper guidance for issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV surveillance systems and attendance software.
- Support the implementation and effective use of AI-based technologies within the organization.
- Assist the team in adopting advanced technical solutions and improving operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate updates with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
- Positive attitude, dedication, and commitment towards work.
