Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, accessories, and related products.
• Explain product specifications, features, pricing, and offers in simple terms.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and IT hardware.
• Ability to understand and explain technical specifications such as Processor, RAM, SSD, Graphics, and Display.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Good presentation and selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, electronics, mobile, computer, or IT hardware sales is preferred.
