Job Description
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, CMEs, and marketing activities.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with production, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations
