Job Description
📌 Position: Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Process: International Chat/Voice – E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through international voice calls
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other issues
Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills
✅ Minimum 1 Year of experience in International voice and chat Process
✅ Excellent communication skills may also be considered (UG/Graduate)
✅ Customer handling skills and a positive attitude
Salary & Benefits:
💰 CTC: Up to ₹35,000
🚕 Cab facility available
⏰ Rotational shifts
