Job Description
हमें एक भरोसेमंद, मेहनती और ग्राहक-उन्मुख थ्री-व्हीलर ड्राइवर की तलाश है, जो एक मोबाइल ग्राइंडिंग यूनिट (चक्की) चला सके। आपको निर्धारित मार्गों पर गाड़ी चलाने, ग्राइंडिंग मशीनरी के रखरखाव और नए ग्राहकों को जोड़ने (Customer Acquisition) की जिम्मेदारी संभालनी होगी।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियांवाहन और मशीनरी का संचालन:
- ग्राइंडिंग चक्की से लैस थ्री-व्हीलर को सुरक्षित रूप से चलाना।
- वाहन और ग्राइंडिंग यूनिट की दैनिक जांच करना ताकि वे सुरक्षित और काम करने की स्थिति में रहें।
- साइट पर ग्राहकों की आवश्यकतानुसार कच्चा मसाला और अनाज पीसना।
- खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों को बनाए रखने के लिए वाहन और मशीन की सफाई का ध्यान रखना।
- ग्राहक सेवा और अधिग्रहण (Customer Acquisition):
- मोबाइल ग्राइंडिंग सर्विस के बारे में स्थानीय निवासियों और दुकानदारों को समझाना और नए ग्राहक बनाना।
- सभी ग्राहकों को विनम्र और कुशल सेवा प्रदान करना।
- भुगतान का सही हिसाब रखना और दैनिक सेवाओं का सरल रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- सुरक्षा और नियमों का पालन:
- सभी स्थानीय ट्रैफिक नियमों और सड़क सुरक्षा कानूनों का सख्ती से पालन करना।
- ग्राइंडिंग का काम करते समय यह सुनिश्चित करना कि वाहन सुरक्षित रूप से पार्क किया गया हो।
- आवश्यकताएंलाइसेंस और ज्ञान: वैध थ्री-व्हीलर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और स्थानीय ट्रैफिक नियमों व रास्तों का अच्छा ज्ञान।
- तकनीकी कौशल: मोटराइज्ड ग्राइंडिंग चक्की को चलाने और छोटी-मोटी तकनीकी समस्याओं को हल करने की क्षमता।
- सॉफ्ट स्किल्स: अच्छा संचार कौशल और हर दिन नए ग्राहक बनाने के लिए 'सेल्स माइंडसेट'।
- शारीरिक क्षमता: बदलते मौसम और काम की प्रकृति के अनुसार शारीरिक रूप से सक्रिय रहना।
- वेतन और लाभमासिक वेतन: ₹18,000 (निश्चित) - 30000
- Training Period 15 days half salary
- छुट्टी की नीति: प्रति माह 2 दिन की छुट्टी।
