About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help build high-performing teams across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and campus hiring.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Coordinate offer rollouts, document collection, and onboarding activities.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for sales, marketing, technical, and retail roles.

- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding.
