Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be able to manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Organize and maintain office records, documents, and files.
Perform data entry and prepare reports when required.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and other bookings.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
