Job Description
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for various loan products and financial services within the assigned region.
- Develop new business opportunities for Zatpat Loans Advisory Services by building and nurturing relationships with clients, business partners, corporate accounts, and financial institutions.
- Generate and manage leads through multiple channels, conduct client meetings to understand financial needs, explain loan products and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure lead conversion, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote long-term relationships.
- Promote and cross-sell the full range of loan solutions, including Construction finance, Inventory Finance, home loans, and mortgage loans, based on client profiles and requirements.
- Update and track leads, applications, disbursements, and collections in the CRM system or prescribed formats, and share regular sales and performance reports with the reporting manager.
- Represent Zatpat Loans Advisory Services professionally during client visits, financial events, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence and customer trust.
