Team Leader

1. Team Management & Leadership

• ​Supervise, brief, and motivate the counter sales team daily to achieve individual and store targets.
• ​Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
• ​Monitor staff performance, grooming standards, and adherence to company policies.

​2. Customer Experience & Sales Driving

• ​Ensure the team delivers excellent, personalized customer service to build brand loyalty.
• ​Step in to handle complex customer queries, complaints, or exchanges professionally.
• ​Monitor counter sales performance and implement on-the-floor strategies (up-selling/cross-selling) to boost average bill value.
• ​Engage with customers to explain product philosophy, notes, and usage (especially for premium/experiential products).

​3. Inventory

• ​Oversee daily stock replenishment at the counter to ensure no "out-of-stock" scenarios for high-demand items.
• ​Conduct regular stock audits, monitor tester/sample usage, and report inventory discrepancies or damages.

​4. Visual Merchandising & Operations

• ​Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and organizational standards at the counter.
• ​Ensure all tester displays, POS materials, and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines.
• ​Coordinate with the warehouse or back-office team for timely stock dispatch and inventory updates.
• ​Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​Sales Targets: Achievement of monthly counter sales and revenue goals.
• ​Customer Satisfaction: Low customer complaints and positive feedback scores.
• ​Inventory Accuracy: Minimal variance in physical vs. system stock audits at the counter.
• ​Team Performance: Low staff turnover and successful completion of team training milestones.
• ​Operational Compliance: Zero errors in daily billing, cash closing, and attendance logs.
