About the Role


Fyrosafe Global Private Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable handling customer interactions across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities


* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely email support.

* Maintain and update customer data and records accurately.

* Manage and respond to enquiries received through social media platforms.

* Coordinate with customers regarding products, orders, and services.

* Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of customer queries.

* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.


Requirements


* Graduate or equivalent qualification.

* Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach to problem-solving.


Preferred Skills


* Experience in customer support, operations, or administrative roles is an advantage.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Good email etiquette and professional communication skills.
