Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and clients for payment collection and follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues and service charges.
- Maintain daily collection records and submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams regarding payment status.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update collection status in the company's system on a regular basis.
- Handle documentation and receipt acknowledgments accurately.
- 0–3 years of experience in collections, field sales, recovery, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel locally.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
